 Hi Huns ☺!
I've realised there are quite a few different lipstick shades I'd love to try for this A/W...but they're not quite within my 'student' budget, so I thought I'd show you what I'm going to try as an alternative. Since I haven't swatched all these lipsticks, I can't tell you these are all definite dupes but just what I feel may be a cheaper alternative!

Chanel Rouge Allure in Excentrique - £25.
Topshop in Fire Cracker - £8.
I absolutely love this shade at the moment! Not just as a lipstick either but as nail polishes etc. This colour with a plain black and white outfit UGH scrumptious! I'll definitely be swatching this Topshop lipstick soon.

YSL Rouge Volupte in Forbidden Burgundy - £24
Revlon Super Lustrous in Black Cherry - £7.50
Burgundy is absolutely everywhere this A/W and I'm not complaining! I think darker shades can really dress up an outfit and this dark cherry is, dare I say, devine? I've never actually tried Revlon lipsticks before but I'll be checking this one out asap!!

MAC in snob - £14
Topshop in Innocent - £8
Although there isn't much price different here... I feel anything over £10 is expensive within my student budget aha! Cheap old me. I think a nude pink is an essential in any lipstick collection...it basically speaks for itself!

I'd love to know what you're fav' A/W lipstick shades are!
Love ya, Amy Xx

  1. Love this post! All three lipsticks look exactly the same as the more expensive brand but for a fraction of the price! It's good to know there are cheaper alternatives out there!
