London Fashion Weekend - What do I wear?!Tuesday, September 11, 2012
Hey Huns ☺!
So next week my friends and I are going to London Fashion Weekend and I'm honestly SO stuck on what I can wear! So I thought I'd put a few outfits together and show you guys the ideas that are floating around my head! I'd love for you to give me some ideas too!
Racer Back Shirt - £36 Topshop, Leather Leggings - £32 Topshop, Neon Necklace - £6.99 Newlook, Neon Slingbacks - £50 Topshop - Studded Clutch - £38 Topshop
Ok, So I didn't quite realise how many Topshop pieces were in this 1st look but this is the sort of thing I'm thinking of. The contrast between the white and black (which I always wear and love) and then with the little parts of neon I think are so subtle but work really well. It's quite smart/casual but I could even switch the shoes to my studded flats if the heels looked too 'dressy'.Obviously it doesn't have to be with these exact items but this is one of the looks I'm thinking of wearing.
Kimono - £55 River Island, Cream Knot Shirt - £30 Miss Selfridge, Black Skinny Jeans - £38 Topshop, Collar Tips - £14 Topshop, Black Block Heels - £25(Sale) Miss Selfridge
I've been in love with this kimono for a while now so I thought I'd include it in one of my LFW looks! This outfit is slightly more casual but I think the subtle collar tips can really dress it up! I think it's important because of florals on the kimono, to keep the rest of the look quite neutral, although that's just my opinion. Again I could choose to wear flats with this outfit but I think the skinny jeans rolled up above the heels could look really nice!
Dog Tooth Peplum top - £25 River Island, Black Pencil Skirt - £9.99 New Look, Neon Skinny Belt - £10 Topshop, Studded Flatforms - £40 River Island, Neon Clutch Bag - £30 Miss Selfridge
As you can probably see I absolute love the black, white and neon look! I just love the way the pops of colour work against the black and white it's my favourite aha! This is definitely a little more dressy as the previous looks so I think the colour and the flatforms make it slightly more fun. This isn't something I'd normally wear as I'm more of a pants person..but you know it's London Fashion Weekend so I want to look good!
Let me know which is your favourite!
Love ya, Amy Xx
