On Monday afternoon my friend Hannah and I set off for a two night stay in London. The main and most exciting reason for our visit was to see none other but Queen B herself!!!!! (Beyonce for those of you who have been living under a rock for the past...decade). I have never been so excited to see someone live in a long long time (other than for One Direction because if you know me....well you'd know!)
While we were there we'd thought we'd fit in a little shopping time because, well, we were in London!
The outfit:
Coat - Zara (now in sale)
Shirt - Matalan
Jeans - Miss Selfridge
Shoes - Office
Necklace - eBay (copy of Shourouk one)
Watch - Radley
Ring - Pandora

Hey guys!
Well again this week seems to have just flown by, I can't quite keep up! We've had the craziest weather ever this week (us british love to talk about the weather) and I'm surprised to be looking out the window right now and be met with a clear blue sunny sky!
I'm finally getting to grips with these sunday posts so I hope you caring nosy guys out there are enjoying them :-)!
This weeks uni project: It was my deadline this week for my packaging project and I'm really happy to of handed that in! I've done a round up post of the final piece here if you're interested!
I'm now off Uni for the next 10 days which is bliss...cue Sex and The City repeats and not moving off the couch except to get food.
This weeks purchases:
If you've been following my blog for a while you'll know that Alexa Chung is my style muse; I am yet to see her in something I dislike, her whole 'look' is just, amazing. Anyway enough about my girl crush on Alexa. I did not even think twice about purchasing this months edition of Vogue magazine, featuring the one on only A.C on the cover.
Inside featured a wonderful shoot where Alexa added her 'tom-boy twist' to the most glorious couture gowns. To some people this may be their worst nightmare, but to me it is just excellent!
I felt like I should share this fab shoot, with even fab-er (did I just make that word up?) model with you all as I just love it/her so much! I've also added some pieces off the high-street to make it all a bit more 'bloggy'.
Sorry for the blab... let me know what you think!
Amy, Xx
Thank god it's finally September so I can start sporting my A/W wardrobe! This beauty of a coat I purchased last week and I decided to put it in an outfit post for you today! I've been on a hunt for a longline style jacket for a while now and this one certainly fits the bill. Let me know what you think,

While flicking through the latest Vogue, a shoot featuring Cara Delevingne really caught my eye. The look titled 'Pink Lady' includes beautiful pastel pinks but in contrasting Autumn/Winter pieces. Although I'm normally into my dark purples and greys in the coming season I really loved the idea behind this and picked out some of my favourite blush-coloured items on the high-street (all links below)
